Requirements

Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
Successful completion of a post-offer background check.
Successful completion of a motor vehicle report review.

Responsibilities

Overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
Leading a team of behavior technicians (BTs).
Supervising cases and designing a schedule.
Focusing on clinical care while administrative support handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing.

Earning Potential (Salary + Productivity Bonus): $95,772 - $120,545
Up to an additional 10% of your monthly salary with a second bonus
Up to 22 days off in your first year, increasing to 26 days after 12 months.
