About The Position

Centria Autism is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a Telehealth role, leading in-home ABA services virtually. This position partners with families and technicians to provide high-quality care directly in clients’ homes. The role offers flexibility for those balancing location needs, family priorities, or life changes, with support and tools to ensure effectiveness and fulfillment. The position requires periodic travel to the market, with expenses paid by Centria.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality clinical oversight for in-home ABA services via telehealth
Provide remote coaching, supervision, and support to Behavior Technicians in the field
Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
Lead virtual family training sessions to reinforce strategies and drive consistency
Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
