About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our Bista team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing and treating individuals with behavioral issues, primarily focusing on patients with autism spectrum disorder. Your morning begins with purpose: reviewing client programs, supporting RBTs during sessions, collaborating with caregivers, and coordinating with our onsite Speech and Occupational Therapy teams. Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Experience assessing and treating individuals with behavioral issues, primarily focusing on patients with autism spectrum disorder
Ability to conduct assessments and refine individualized treatment plans
Skill in providing real-time coaching and feedback to RBTs
Experience collaborating with families and interdisciplinary team members
Proficiency in documenting progress and adjusting programs based on data
Ability to manage caseload effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

Experience working with Speech and Occupational Therapy teams
