About The Position

ABA Solutions is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide home-based ABA services throughout New Jersey. This role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with families while delivering individualized, evidence-based services that promote meaningful, lasting progress in the environments where children learn and grow every day. Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while partnering closely with families

Nice To Haves

  • Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs
  • Experience providing caregiver coaching and home-based consultation
  • BCaBAs are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Monitor client progress and update treatment plans based on data and clinical outcomes
  • Provide direct consultation and caregiver coaching within the home
  • Deliver individualized treatment recommendations that fit each family's routines and goals
  • Support skill generalization across natural environments
  • Collaborate closely with caregivers to promote long-term success
  • Maintain data collection systems and analyze client progress
  • Complete documentation required by funding sources
  • Prepare treatment updates and progress reports
  • Participate in ongoing clinical training and peer collaboration
  • Stay current with best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis
