About The Position
ABA Solutions is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide home-based ABA services throughout New Jersey. This role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with families while delivering individualized, evidence-based services that promote meaningful, lasting progress in the environments where children learn and grow every day. Requirements
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while partnering closely with families
Nice To Haves
- Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs
- Experience providing caregiver coaching and home-based consultation
- BCaBAs are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Monitor client progress and update treatment plans based on data and clinical outcomes
- Provide direct consultation and caregiver coaching within the home
- Deliver individualized treatment recommendations that fit each family's routines and goals
- Support skill generalization across natural environments
- Collaborate closely with caregivers to promote long-term success
- Maintain data collection systems and analyze client progress
- Complete documentation required by funding sources
- Prepare treatment updates and progress reports
- Participate in ongoing clinical training and peer collaboration
- Stay current with best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis
