About The Position

Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Richmond, VA clinic. We are looking for a clinically strong BCBA who values collaboration, quality care, and a supportive work environment where clinicians are empowered to focus on meaningful client outcomes. This is a primarily clinic-based role offering manageable expectations, strong operational support, and opportunities for leadership growth within a growing organization. At Autism COE, our BCBAs are supported by experienced leadership teams, collaborative clinic staff, and operational support systems designed to help clinicians focus on what matters most — providing excellent care to children and families.

Requirements

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Must be eligible to practice in Virginia
  • Prior ABA clinical experience required

  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills preferred
  • Passion for improving outcomes for children with autism and their families

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Design and oversee ABA programming and behavior intervention plans
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians
  • Monitor client progress and make clinical modifications as appropriate
  • Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Support a positive and clinically excellent treatment environment
