About The Position

Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Richmond, VA clinic. We are looking for a clinically strong BCBA who values collaboration, quality care, and a supportive work environment where clinicians are empowered to focus on meaningful client outcomes. At Autism COE, our BCBAs are supported by experienced leadership teams, collaborative clinic staff, and operational support systems designed to help clinicians focus on what matters most — providing excellent care to children and families.

Requirements

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Must be eligible to practice in Virginia
• Prior ABA clinical experience required

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills preferred
• Passion for improving outcomes for children with autism and their families

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Design and oversee ABA programming and behavior intervention plans
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians
• Monitor client progress and make clinical modifications as appropriate
• Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Support a positive and clinically excellent treatment environment
