About The Position

ABA Solutions is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support clients in the Hillsborough County region. This role allows you to serve between our Tampa clinic, local schools, and home-based environments while working alongside a collaborative team focused on outcomes that are meaningful to our clients. We understand the importance of clinical support, collaboration, and maintaining manageable caseloads so our analysts can focus on delivering high-quality care. Clinical Support for BCBAs BCBAs at ABA Solutions are supported by a strong clinical and administrative infrastructure so they can focus on client progress and treatment quality. Our team provides: Manageable caseload expectations designed to support quality care Administrative support for credentialing and authorizations Collaboration with experienced directors and clinical supervisors Opportunities to supervise RBTs and practicum students Predictable scheduling with centralized service areas We also have opportunities with university practicum programs, providing opportunities to mentor student analysts entering the field.

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work across clinic, school, and home environments as needed

  • Interest in mentoring RBTs and supporting developing clinicians

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs and BCaBAs
  • Analyze data regularly and adjust programming to support client progress
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and related professionals to support skill generalization
  • Provide caregiver training to help families implement strategies across environments
  • Maintain documentation and supervision standards required by the BACB and funding sources
