About The Position

Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Durham, NC clinic. We are seeking a passionate and clinically strong BCBA who is looking for more than just another caseload. Requirements

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Must be eligible to practice in North Carolina
• Prior ABA clinical experience required

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills preferred
• Passion for improving outcomes for children with autism and their families

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Design and oversee ABA programming and behavior intervention plans
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians
• Monitor client progress and make clinical modifications as appropriate
• Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Promote clinical excellence and positive clinic culture
