Requirements

• Valid BCBA certification
• Deep understanding of behavior analysis principles and strategies
• Experience in conducting assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• High level of empathy and the ability to build rapport with individuals with autism and their families
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for data collection and behavior tracking
