Wild Sun is seeking a Part-Time BCBA that would transition to a full time position as we grow. Someone who values meaningful relationships, clinical excellence, and continued professional growth. Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience implementing ABA services
- At least 1 year supervising behavior technicians
- Strong skills in: Functional assessments, Treatment planning and goal writing, Data collection and analysis, Monitoring treatment progression, Identifying and adapting to client and stakeholder needs
- Ability to work independently while serving as a collaborative leader
Nice To Haves
- Experience or interest in: Practical Functional Assessment (PFA), Skills-Based Treatment (SBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Social skills groups, Adult transition services (Preferred but not required)
Responsibilities
- Meet weekly billable expectations
- Part-Time: 15 billable hours
- Conduct and evaluate assessments
- Develop individualized treatment goals based on functional assessment data
- Provide consistent, high-quality supervision to behavior technicians
- Train RBTs in treatment implementation
- Coordinate client and technician schedules
- Participate in ongoing staff training and team collaboration meetings
- Implement program plans and instructional activities
- Provide parent and teacher training/consultation
- Respond effectively to crisis situations
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation and data collection
- Attend team meetings, trainings, and sponsored events
- Adhere to company policies and professional standards
