About The Position

At Mercy Plus, we’re building a more flexible approach to center-based ABA. We want our clinicians spending their time where it matters most, supporting clients, families, and their clinical teams, while giving them greater autonomy over how they structure their workweek. Our full-time BCBAs expectation is 25 billable hours per week. Time in the center is primarily focused around client care, supervision, and the needs of your caseload, while eligible non-billable work can be completed from home. This gives clinicians more flexibility to structure their week without the expectation of being in the center for a traditional 40-hour schedule. Because our clients receive services throughout the day, some later-day availability is needed to support after-school clients, supervision, and parent training.

Requirements

• Current BCBA certification
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Ability to meet applicable state and payer requirements
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills
• Commitment to ethical, compassionate, individualized care

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans and programming
• Supervise, train, and support Behavior Technicians
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven clinical decisions
• Provide parent and caregiver training
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and center leadership
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and payer requirements
• Support high-quality, ethical ABA services across your caseload
