Centria Autism is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a Telehealth role, leading in-home ABA services virtually. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while partnering with families and technicians to provide high-quality care. The role involves periodic travel to the market, with expenses paid by Centria. The virtual model is designed to support work-life balance, provide technological tools for seamless remote supervision, and focus on assent-based care practices.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

  • Proficiency in Practical Functional Assessment, Skills-Based Treatment, and assent-based practices
  • Willingness to travel periodically to the market

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality clinical oversight for in-home ABA services via telehealth
  • Provide remote coaching, supervision, and support to Behavior Technicians in the field
  • Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
  • Lead virtual family training sessions to reinforce strategies and drive consistency
  • Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
