About The Position

Centria Autism is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a Telehealth role, leading in-home ABA services virtually. This position partners with families and technicians to provide compassionate, high-quality care directly in clients’ homes. The virtual model offers flexibility for those balancing location needs, family priorities, or life changes, while providing the necessary support and tools to remain connected, effective, and fulfilled. The role requires periodic travel to the market, with travel expenses paid by Centria. Centria offers a base salary of $83,000–$93,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month).

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Ability to lead in-home ABA services virtually
  • Proficiency in remote supervision, programming, documentation, and progress monitoring
  • Experience with Practical Functional Assessment, Skills-Based Treatment, and assent-based practices
  • Willingness to travel periodically to the market

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality clinical oversight for in-home ABA services via telehealth
  • Provide remote coaching, supervision, and support to Behavior Technicians in the field
  • Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
  • Lead virtual family training sessions to reinforce strategies and drive consistency
  • Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
