About The Position

At Cortica, our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) use a strength-based, holistic approach to clinical programming for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. As a BCBA at Cortica, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You'll lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.

Requirements

Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.

Ability to balance clinical work and administrative tasks.
Ability to determine when telehealth is clinically effective for the client and BT.

Responsibilities

Overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
Leading a team of behavior technicians (BTs).
Empowering behavior technicians to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.
Supervising cases.
Providing ABA direct service hours.
Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other clinicians to create individualized care plans.

Earning Potential (Salary +Productivity Bonus): $91,000- $114,000
Two bonuses to increase earning potential (up to an additional 10% of monthly salary with the second bonus).
