About The Position

Helping Hands Family (HHF) is hiring a part-time BCBA for clinicians who are ready to move beyond just managing a caseload and start shaping clinical quality, mentoring others, and growing into leadership. HHF offers a sustainable caseload with a maximum of 10 clients and approximately 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week. This role provides leadership opportunities without an overloaded caseload, allowing for mentorship of BCBAs and RBTs. Clinicians receive ongoing access to Clinical Directors and Regional Directors of Quality for case consultation. The clinic environments are designed to support real therapy with sensory rooms, gross motor spaces, and fully equipped centers. HHF also has a strong RBT pipeline through its RBT Rise and Fellowship programs, ensuring better-trained and more consistent staff.

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• State licensure
• Approximately 2+ years as a BCBA (3+ years in ABA total preferred)
• Strong clinical judgment and interest in mentorship/leadership

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical fellows
• Influence clinic-wide treatment quality and standards
• Contribute to program development, research, and pilot initiatives
• Build skills in supervision, training, and clinical leadership
• Work with children ages 2–18 (majority early intervention)
• Supervise and support up to 5 RBTs
• Conduct assessments, write treatment plans, and review progress
• Collaborate regularly with clinical leadership on complex cases
• Participate in mentorship and leadership activities (not just billables)
