Helping Hands Family (HHF) is hiring a Lead BCBA in Pennsylvania for clinicians who want real clinical influence, manageable caseloads, and a clear path to leadership, without the burnout common in large ABA providers. Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- PA licensure (or ability to obtain)
- 2+ years as a BCBA (preferred)
- Interest in mentorship, leadership, and clinical quality
