Requirements

• Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
• Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to advance through BCBA levels I, II, III, and IV.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
• Leading a team of behavior technicians (BTs) and Assistant Supervisors.
• Supervising cases and determining telehealth effectiveness.
• Focusing on clinical care while administrative support handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing.
