About The Position

Propel Autism is looking for passionate, results-oriented clinicians to bring our mission of transformative care for children with Autism to life! As a Center-based Clinical Supervisor you will conduct skills and behavior assessments to deeply understand your clients, develop comprehensive treatment plans and evidence-based interventions, manage a caseload of no more than 6-8 clients, supervise, support and nurture RBT’s and BCBA fieldwork candidates to deliver the highest standards of care, review session notes and data taken by the client's team in order to monitor progress and ensure fidelity of treatment implementation, collaborate with colleagues to achieve optimal clinical outcomes, and empower parents and caregivers through parent training to be partners in their child’s goals and achievements. You will also meet or exceed weekly billable treatment hour requirement of 27.5 hours.

Requirements

  • Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
  • Valid BCBA Certification
  • Applicable license to practice within Georgia
  • 1+ years of experience as a BCBA
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Board certified behavior analyst certification (Required)

Responsibilities
