About The Position

Helping Hands Family (HHF), a top-rated ABA provider in the Northeast, is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). HHF is built by clinicians for clinicians, believing that every community deserves a helping hand. We prioritize clinical excellence, offering direct access to Quality and Training Teams for mentorship, consistent top-tier Vineland scores, and monthly clinical peer reviews. BCBAs work in a clinic setting with peer BCBAs, enjoying autonomy and variety to achieve clinical outcomes. We also focus on caring for our clinical team through a fellowship program with a high pass rate for the BCBA exam, ensuring all Behavior Technicians are RBT certified, and providing three weeks of PTO. Clinical Supervisors maintain manageable caseloads to offer support. Our clinics are fully equipped with sensory rooms, therapy tools, and gross motor rooms. We foster a collaborative clinical environment and support clients in having special moments through outings and events.

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • State Licensure where required
  • ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic-based setting
  • Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism
  • Manage a caseload of up to 10 clients, completing 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week
  • Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6
  • Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs
  • Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress
  • Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices
  • Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines
