About The Position

As an experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a critical role in changing the lives of children and families on the autism journey while contributing to a broader vision of medically integrated, family-centered care. At ALL TOGETHER AUTISM, our team members are the foundation of each family's journey. We are deeply committed to a positive team member experience, collaborating with psychologists, wrap around therapies, medical professionals, experienced, well-trained Registered Behavior Technicians while investing in advanced training, access to internal and external mentors to expand your clinical expertise and leadership impact as a BCBA. We provide Home-based, Center-based, and daycare location services. Opening a new, innovative, modern 5,000 SF center this Spring near WakeMed Raleigh Campus in East Raleigh. Every Board-Certified Behavior Analyst on our team has a voice in how we grow, innovate, and serve families on the autism journey.

Requirements

  • Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a candidate to sit for the BACB Exam.
  • Passion for advancing both clinical excellence and team development.
  • Values collaboration, leadership, and long-term impact.
