About The Position

HealthPRO Pediatrics is expanding its Killeen ABA team and is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role offers a manageable caseload, strong clinical support, and the flexibility to provide individualized care. The clinic utilizes a play-based, assent-based, child-led approach to ABA, with clinicians employing evidence-based strategies like Natural Environment Teaching (NET) based on their clinical judgment. The position is clinic-based, eliminating the need for travel between clients. HealthPRO Pediatrics, a division of HealthPRO Heritage, is dedicated to empowering children, supporting families, and fostering growth through pediatric therapy.

Requirements

Active BCBA certification (or eligibility)
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback.
Complete 62.5% billable hours of all hours worked each week.
Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills.
Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care.
Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews.
