About The Position

Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Colonial Heights, VA clinic. At Autism COE, our BCBAs are supported by experienced leadership, collaborative clinic teams, and operational staff that help keep the focus where it belongs — on clinical care and client progress.

Requirements

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Must be eligible to practice in Virginia
• Prior ABA clinical experience required
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills preferred
• Passion for improving outcomes for children with autism and their families

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Design and oversee ABA programming and behavior intervention plans
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians
• Monitor client progress and make clinical modifications as appropriate
• Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Support a positive and clinically excellent treatment environment
