Requirements
- Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
- Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.

- Telehealth is determined by the BCBA when it's clinically effective for the client and BT.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
- Leading a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.
- Providing groundbreaking, neurodiversity-affirming care.
- Balancing clinical work and administrative tasks on your terms.
- Supervising cases.
- Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other clinicians to create individualized care plans.

- Total Earning Potential (Salary + Productivity Bonus): $93,105 - $116,738
- Up to an additional 10% of your monthly salary with a second bonus
- Up to 22 days off in your first year, increasing to 26 days after 12 months.
