Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Instructional ABA Consultants•Des Plaines, IL
•$75,000 - $85,000•Hybrid

About The Position

At IABA, you didn't get certified to fight red tape - you got certified to help kids thrive. As a BCBA-owned small business, we've built a place where clinical judgment leads, not corporate quotas. There are no minimum therapy-hour mandates, no cookie-cutter treatment plans dictated from above - just a tight-knit team of behavior analysts who trust you to do what you were trained to do. Here, clinical decisions are made by clinicians. You'll design and lead individualized interventions across in-home and clinic settings, backed by a team that genuinely has your back. And we mean it about work-life balance. Build your own schedule. Work from home for your indirect hours. Whether you thrive on a traditional 5-day week or prefer four 10-hour days, we'll find what works for you - because sustainable careers make for better clinicians. If precision teaching, single-subject design, and real client outcomes light you up, let's talk.
