About The Position
Milestone Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide exceptional ABA therapy to children aged 2-10. Unlike other positions, BCBAs at Milestone are not expected to take on management duties such as disciplinary actions, annual reviews, or reporting to private equity investors. The company exclusively employs Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality care, allowing BCBAs to focus on clinical work that benefits children and their families. Milestone Therapy is a therapist-led, independently owned company dedicated to unlocking potential, known for its high standards, real support, and meaningful work.
Requirements
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Pediatric or outpatient ABA experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and supervision skills
- Willingness to provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical support to team members pursuing BCBA certification and accruing fieldwork hours
- Team player with a collaborative spirit and a passion for helping kids thrive
Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop personalized plans of care.
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in their daily practice.
- Ensure fidelity in behavior plan implementation and provide hands-on guidance.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support client outcomes.
- Complete documentation that is accurate, ethical, and efficient.
- Provide caregiver education and training to promote real-world skill generalization.
