About The Position

We are looking for fun-loving and passionate BCBAs to join our Sunshine Center Team! We currently have both Part Time and Full-Time positions available. As our BCBA, you'll be at the heart of transforming lives by conducting assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, providing parent training, and supervising RBTs. We use CentralReach! You will collaborate with your clinical team to ensure best practices and high-quality outcomes, maintain documentation and compliance with QA support, and participate in ongoing professional development. Collaborate, innovate, and lead in creating a caring community.

Requirements

• BCBA Certification
• Strong clinical and decision-making skills
• Stellar organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments
