About The Position
Master Faster Inc is seeking a BCBA, NY/LBA to join our growing ABA agency as a full-time salaried BCBA. Candidates should be attentive to detail, communicative, positive, driven and work well with a team. The salaried BCBA role will require a monthly hour requirement with a caseload assigned to support this.
Requirements
- Must have a current BCBA Certification and NY-LBA
Responsibilities
- Conduct Assessments
- Develop effective treatment plans for our clients.
- Meet with families and educators to best understand presenting concerns
- Adjust treatment plans to facilitate child growth.
- Complete authorizations as needed for clients
- Supervise BT/RBTs
- Ensure appropriate documentation of progress.
