About The Position
Master Faster Inc is seeking a BCBA, NY/LBA to join our growing ABA agency as a full-time salaried BCBA. Candidates should be attentive to detail, communicative, positive, driven, and work well with a team. This is an in-person role located in Monroe. The role requires a monthly hour requirement with an assigned caseload to support this.

Responsibilities
- Conduct Assessments
- Develop effective treatment plans for our clients.
- Meet with families and educators to best understand presenting concerns
- Adjust treatment plans to facilitate child growth.
- Complete authorizations as needed for clients
- Supervise BT/RBTs
- Ensure appropriate documentation of progress.
