About The Position

Join Butterfly Effects, a BCBA-led organization dedicated to empowering children with autism spectrum disorder and their families through ABA therapy. Led by Dr. Steve Woolf, PhD, BCBA-D (President) and Molly McGinnis, M.Ed., BCBA (Vice President of Clinical Services), we prioritize your success and focus on making a socially meaningful change in the lives of children and families. As a BCBA, you will hold key roles in management and leadership, shaping clinical practice and company direction. We are a fully accredited BHCOE organization upholding BACB guidelines and prioritizing meaningful supervision, family involvement, and evidence-based ABA, with no rigid quotas. You will receive on-the-ground support from local or regional clinical directors, clinical autonomy to design customized treatment plans, and stable growth paths to leadership positions. We offer competitive compensation above the national average, with a base salary of $100,000 - $105,000 and quarterly performance bonuses up to $18,000 annually, totaling potential earnings of up to $123,000. Requirements

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
  • Passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee RBTs and BTs to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA service delivery.
  • Perform functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment goals, and create evidence-based intervention plans.
  • Lead monthly caregiver training sessions to build long-term family capacity.
  • Collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals for holistic client outcomes.
