About The Position

Elevated Kids is a boutique, BCBA-founded and owned early autism care provider specializing in a natural, play-based approach to ABA that is thoughtful and relationship-driven for toddlers and young children. Our care model is grounded in Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI), the gold standard for early autism care. By blending the science of ABA with developmental and relationship-based practices, we support meaningful growth across communication, social engagement, play, and daily life skills with parent coaching as a central pillar of our work. Families experience a concierge-style level of care that is highly personalized, responsive, and collaborative. Requirements

Current BCBA certification in good standing
State licensure (LBA)
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings
Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams
A commitment to ethical, developmentally grounded, and family-centered care

Responsibilities

Play a central role in supporting young children and their families through thoughtful, relationship-based care grounded in best practice.
Guide clinical programming.
Partner closely with caregivers.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support meaningful progress in everyday environments.
Design and oversee care that is individualized, developmentally appropriate, and responsive to each child’s needs.
Build collaborative, trusting relationships with families through clear communication and shared goals.
Work closely with teammates and leadership, contributing insights and engaging in clinical dialogue.
Use reflection and feedback to grow professionally while maintaining balance and sustainability.
