About The Position

Storybook ABA is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct initial assessments for children. This role focuses on providing a strong work-life balance by eliminating administrative tasks, allowing you to choose your hours and driving distance. Cases are assigned based on your skillset and comfort zone, and all work is software-based. The primary responsibility is to meet with children in person to conduct initial assessments and create treatment plans. Once the initial assessment is submitted and reviewed by the quality assurance team, the case will be handed over to another BCBA for supervision and parent training.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is mandatory.
  • Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities, is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in data collection and behavioral therapy techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills.
