About The Position

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for an in-person role for the 2026–2027 school year. This is an opportunity to work with a supportive, mission-driven team of like-minded professionals at a local, women and therapist-founded company committed to elevating the experience of school-based professionals.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid BCBA MoPro license in Missouri
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and data-driven decision-making skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Passionate about supporting students with diverse needs

Responsibilities

• Coach and support school staff
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide safety plans for students exhibiting aggressive/self-injurious behaviors
• Collaborate with Special Services Directors and multidisciplinary teams
• Set and support academic and behavioral goals
• Create teacher-friendly data collection systems
• Share weekly progress updates with teams and stakeholders
