About The Position
Arley Therapy Services is opening its ABA services department in South Florida and is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead this new initiative. The ideal candidate will be passionate about their work, dedicated to client care, and eager to build a program from the ground up. Arley Therapy Services has an established reputation in pediatric speech therapy and aims to establish a high-quality ABA department with strong RBT supervision and mentorship. The BCBA will have the opportunity to set standards and will be supported in maintaining them.
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification.
- Experience with pediatric ASD and developmental delays.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Comfort with EMR and digital documentation.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct intake evaluations and functional behavioral assessments.
- Design individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans.
- Supervise and mentor RBTs.
- Collaborate with fellow therapists on shared cases.
- Communicate with families in a way they actually understand and feel supported.
- Help shape what ABA looks like at this practice from day one.
