About The Position

This role focuses on providing clinic-based services as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The position emphasizes a strong clinical quality and training environment, with a unique approach to treatment intensity recommendations using the Gracent Care Calculator. The company is a BACB ACE Provider offering free in-house CEUs and opportunities for interdisciplinary co-treatment with Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), Physical Therapists (PTs), and mental health providers. There is a defined path for career advancement, with many leaders having started as BCBAs within the organization. The role involves data-driven progress measurement through tools like STEP Score and family Report Cards, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team. A unique aspect is the Prep School, supporting children transitioning to traditional classrooms. Caseloads and supervision are structured to support effective practice, with administrative tasks handled by dedicated teams. The schedule is flexible, allowing for midday appointments without using PTO.

Requirements

  • BCBA certification
  • Licensed in TX and in good standing
  • Strong clinical judgment and clear, proactive communication
  • Genuine commitment to children and families navigating autism and developmental needs
  • Ability to perform essential functions such as sitting, standing, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise your RBTs and oversee clinical quality
  • Write and monitor individualized, assent-based, neuro-affirming treatment plans
  • Run your own assessments and intakes
  • Mentor and train RBTs and newer BCBAs
  • Partner with families and collaborate live with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers
