About The Position
Join Butterfly Effects as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a Center Based role in Cary, NC. This position offers a flexible schedule, with 4 days in the center and 1 day working from home. Butterfly Effects is a BCBA-led organization dedicated to providing unmatched support, professional growth, and a family-centric approach to children with autism spectrum disorder. Led by Dr. Steve Woolf, PhD, BCBA-D and Molly McGinnis, M.Ed., BCBA, the organization prioritizes making a socially meaningful change in the lives of children and families. They are a fully accredited BHCOE organization upholding BACB guidelines and focusing on meaningful supervision, family involvement, and evidence-based ABA, with no rigid quotas. Each market has a clinical director for real-time guidance, and BCBAs have clinical autonomy to design customized treatment plans with access to tools, resources, and interdisciplinary collaboration. There are stable growth paths to leadership roles and no non-compete clauses.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
- Passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities
- Oversee RBTs and BTs to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA service delivery.
- Perform functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment goals, and create evidence-based intervention plans.
- Lead monthly caregiver training sessions to build long-term family capacity.
- Collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals for holistic client outcomes.

- Base Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
- Performance Bonus: Quarterly incentives up to $12,000 annually
