The role involves leading ABA therapy delivery in a collaborative, in-center setting, providing support to Behavior Technicians, developing individualized behavior plans, engaging parents in training, and maintaining high-quality clinical services through supervision and data-driven decisions. Centria emphasizes assent-based care, practical functional assessment, and skills-based treatment.

Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Experience in delivering ABA therapy
Ability to provide support and guidance to Behavior Technicians
Skill in developing and implementing behavior plans
Experience in engaging parents in training sessions
Proficiency in data-driven decision-making

Nice To Haves

Experience with assent-based care
Familiarity with practical functional assessment
Experience with skills-based treatment

Responsibilities

Lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative, in-center environment
Provide daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence
Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
