About The Position

ABLE Kids is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) exam candidates who are preparing to take their exam within the next 3 months. This role offers a supportive environment to help candidates transition seamlessly into a BCBA role upon passing. The position is ideal for individuals completing supervision hours or final exam preparation, providing stability and mentorship. Requirements

• Masters program complete
• Scheduled to take the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) exam within 3 months
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for making a difference in the lives of children and families

Responsibilities

• Conduct Assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, etc.)
• Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise RBTs
• Collaborate with families, educators, and fellow clinicians
• Track and analyze progress to ensure meaningful outcomes
