The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) develops, implements, and oversees evidence-based behavior programs that support students with developmental disabilities and behavioral needs. Working collaboratively with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams, the BCBA conducts assessments, develops behavior intervention plans (BIPs), monitors student progress, and provides coaching to ensure consistent implementation of behavioral supports aligned with each student's IEP and BHA's mission and core values. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring the ability to safely supervise students, respond to behavioral crises, drive individuals served when needed, and administer medications as trained.
