About The Position
Centria Autism's centers are designed for learning, teamwork, and growth, offering a structured and collaborative environment for Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs). As a BCaBA, you will deliver high-quality ABA therapy, support clients, and supervise Behavior Technicians, while receiving mentorship for career advancement. Requirements
- BCaBA certification
- Ability to train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs
- Skills in developing and modifying behavior intervention plans

Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
- Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity
- Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collect and analyze client data, and collaborate with BCBAs to make data-driven treatment decisions
- Engage families in therapy through regular communication and parent training sessions
- Ensure therapy aligns with Centria’s assent-based, child-centered philosophy
