About The Position

Side by Side Behavioral Health LLC is seeking a collaborative and clinically focused Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join their growing ABA team. This is a primarily clinic-based position serving children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental needs. Our BCaBAs generally maintain a caseload of approximately 15 to 18 active clients. Caseload assignments are based on client complexity, authorized supervision hours, treatment intensity, staffing needs, and the experience of the assigned RBTs. As a BCBA-owned organization, we understand the demands of clinical practice and prioritize collaboration, ethical decision-making, treatment quality, and meaningful client outcomes. This position allows clinical BCaBAs to focus primarily on clinical care, as a separate Intake Department handles full assessment and reassessment reports, insurance authorization submissions, payer follow-ups, and related insurance processes. The BCaBA will conduct necessary observations, assessments, and data collection, providing clinical information to the Intake Department, but will not be responsible for independently writing complete insurance reports or managing insurance authorizations. This position does not require routine travel to clients’ homes or schools; services and supervision are provided at the assigned clinic, with occasional participation in community activities or client field trips when clinically appropriate.
