About The Position

This is a part-time Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) role focused on providing hands-on clinical support under the ongoing supervision of a BCBA, in accordance with BACB standards. The practice emphasizes structure, ethical practice, and clinician support, ensuring BCaBAs are not expected to operate beyond their credential or independently create treatment plans. The role focuses on quality implementation rather than productivity quotas, with a founder who is a BCBA prioritizing ethical and sustainable practice. Flexible work from home options are available.

Requirements

  • BCaBA certification
  • 1–3 years of experience

Responsibilities

  • Support RBTs with implementation of BCBA-developed and approved programs
  • Model teaching procedures and behavior strategies during sessions
  • Assist with RBT onboarding and case-specific training
  • Conduct probes and assist with program updates under BCBA direction
  • Review session data and prepare summaries for BCBA review
  • Participate in parent training as directed by the supervising BCBA
  • Collaborate with school staff using BCBA-approved goals and strategies
