Requirements

Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
Passion for working with children and adolescents with autism and developmental disabilities
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Interest in continuing professional development and pursuing future leadership opportunities
Ability to work across school, home, clinic, and community settings as needed

Responsibilities

Assist with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision
Provide supervision, coaching, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Analyze client data and recommend treatment modifications
Collaborate with families, teachers, and interdisciplinary professionals
Provide caregiver training to support skill generalization across environments
Maintain clinical documentation and funding source requirements
