ABA Solutions is seeking a passionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our growing Gulf Coast team serving Bradenton and Sarasota. Requirements

  • Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Passion for working with children and adolescents with autism and developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Interest in continuing professional development and pursuing future leadership opportunities
  • Ability to work across school, home, clinic, and community settings as needed

Responsibilities

  • Assist with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision
  • Provide supervision, coaching, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Analyze client data and recommend treatment modifications
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and interdisciplinary professionals
  • Provide caregiver training to support skill generalization across environments
  • Maintain clinical documentation and funding source requirements
