ABA Solutions is seeking a passionate Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our growing Gulf Coast team serving Bradenton and Sarasota. Requirements
- Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Passion for working with children and adolescents with autism and developmental disabilities
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Interest in continuing professional development and pursuing future leadership opportunities
- Ability to work across school, home, clinic, and community settings as needed

Responsibilities
- Assist with Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision
- Provide supervision, coaching, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Analyze client data and recommend treatment modifications
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and interdisciplinary professionals
- Provide caregiver training to support skill generalization across environments
- Maintain clinical documentation and funding source requirements
