About The Position

HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking a motivated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) who wants to make an impact on their community! This is a full-time position located in Cameron, NC, offering a leadership growth opportunity. The role involves providing in-center ABA services with sustainable productivity expectations of at least 25 billable hours per week. You will be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team and have the chance to contribute to team growth and program development within a growing pediatric therapy organization.

Requirements

Must be licensed as a BCaBA.
At least a Bachelors/Master’s degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
One year experience working with children on the spectrum.

Responsibilities

Run and oversee behavioral + functional assessments - the fun ones like VB-MAPP and Vineland!
Create individualized, evidence-based goals and behavior plans that actually work in real life—home, community, and center.
Train, support, and cheer on your RBT team like the clinical rockstars they are.
Lead meaningful parent training sessions that empower families.
Collaborate with other disciplines, educators, and providers to give kids the best care possible.
Pitch in with anything else that helps the team thrive!
