About The Position

HealthPRO Pediatrics is seeking a motivated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) who wants to make an impact on their community. This is a full-time position offering a leadership growth opportunity. The role involves providing in-center ABA services and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support children and families. HealthPRO Pediatrics is a growing pediatric therapy organization focused on therapist-led leadership, strong mentorship, and clinical support, offering fast-tracked leadership development.

Requirements

Must be licensed as a BCaBA.
At least a Bachelors/Master’s degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
One year experience working with children on the spectrum.

Lead meaningful parent training sessions that empower families.
Collaborate with other disciplines, educators, and providers to give kids the best care possible.
