About The Position
BNY Wealth is a leading wealth manager focused on helping successful individuals and their families build, manage, and sustain their wealth across generations and market cycles. Through a unique service model focused on five Active Wealth practices — Investing, Borrowing, Spending, Managing Taxes, Protecting Legacies — they help clients in the U.S. and abroad achieve stronger after-tax performance to help maintain their wealth over generations. The BNY Summer Internship Program offers high-potential students a dynamic 10-week experience designed to accelerate development, build professional networks, and provide meaningful exposure to one of the world's leading financial services institutions. Through a skills-driven talent model, interns gain insight into the capabilities, platforms, and functions that power BNY's global franchise while contributing to impactful business initiatives.
Requirements
- Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred
- Graduating in Dec 2027 or May 2028 (U.S.)
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
- Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying.

Responsibilities
- Support teams that help successful individuals and families build, manage, and sustain wealth across generations and market cycles.
- Gain exposure to BNY Wealth’s client service model and the ways it supports investing, borrowing, spending, managing taxes, and protecting legacies.
- Assist with research, analysis, and projects that help teams deliver thoughtful wealth management solutions and a strong client experience.
- Collaborate with professionals across the business to understand how BNY helps clients preserve and grow wealth through changing financial needs and market environments.
