About The Position

The 2027 BNY Analyst Program in Risk and Compliance is designed for individuals interested in understanding and managing organizational risk. This program offers hands-on experience working with global teams across various risk areas including credit, market, liquidity, technology, operational, compliance, model, and enterprise risk. Analysts will learn how strong governance and consistent standards contribute to the firm's success. The role involves supporting risk and compliance activities, analyzing information to identify trends and assess risk management, and assisting with reviews, reporting, and documentation. This program aims to build fundamental risk management and compliance skills, analytical problem-solving abilities, and strong communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements

Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred
Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027 (U.S.)
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying.
