About The Position

BNY’s Client Service Practice delivers a high-quality, client-first experience across our businesses by supporting day-to-day service, issue resolution and ongoing client engagement. The 2027 Client Service Analyst Program offers driven students hands-on exposure to the practice through strategic projects aligned to client support, service delivery, onboarding, reporting, process improvement and relationship management. In a fast-paced environment, analysts will gain insight into BNY’s client service model, collaborate across business, operations and technology teams, and build the communication, analytical and problem-solving skills needed to help deliver timely, accurate and effective client outcomes. Our 24-month rotational Analyst Program is designed to set you up for success from day one. Requirements

Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred
Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027 (U.S.)
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying.

Responsibilities

Support the resolution of client inquiries by gathering facts, coordinating with partners, and helping move issues to closure.

Assist with onboarding, transitions, and process updates that make it easier for clients to do business with BNY.
Work across operations, service, and relationship teams to keep communication clear and next steps on track.
