The BMW Pre-Owned Acquisition Specialist role at Schomp Automotive Group in Highlands Ranch, CO, is a full-time position offering a salary plus commission, with an annual pay range of $55,000 to $150,000. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills are required.
  • Must be self-motivated with an ability to manage and organize time and activities.
  • Ability to follow a process and follow through on detailed transactions.
  • Able to work retail hours, including nights, Saturday’s, holidays.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Responsibilities

  • Search portfolio and service drive clients for profitable vehicles based on appointments and opportunities.
  • Follow up on leads generated by all available sources, including “Kelly Blue Book” and internal marketing.
  • Research vehicle service histories and Carfax reports.
  • Use appraisal tools, such as Vauto, to determine appropriate vehicle pricing.
  • Inspect vehicles to anticipate potential repair costs and ensure accurate valuation.
  • Assist with arranging appointment scheduling, transportation or pick up of vehicles as needed.
  • Generate paperwork required for the vehicle purchase; interact with financial and title teams to complete transactions.
  • Maintain multiple logs, calendar, and purchase records for accurate recording of data.
  • Must be able to handle multiple clients per day.
  • Must be aware of current market trends and competitors pricing to stay competitive.
