About The Position
Kendall Auto Group is seeking a BMW Genius to join their team at BMW Bend. This role is crucial in assisting clients with the new technology, BMW driving system, and upcoming vehicle enhancements. The BMW Genius will be responsible for completing vehicle deliveries, helping clients with connectivity needs, supporting the sales team with client inquiries, and creating informational videos for social media. The position requires a candidate who is passionate about the BMW brand and technology, can explain technical information clearly to clients, possesses strong interpersonal skills, and can provide excellent customer service.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate and familiarize clients with new vehicle technology.
- Assist clients with the BMW driving system and upcoming vehicle enhancements.
- Complete vehicle delivery after sales.
- Assist clients with Bluetooth and connection needs.
- Assist sales staff with answering client questions.
- Create information videos for social network sites.
