About The Position
Kendall Auto Group is seeking a BMW Genius to join the team at BMW Bend. In this role, you will be specially trained to demonstrate and help clients become familiar with all aspects of new vehicle technology, the BMW driving system, and upcoming vehicle enhancements. The sales department operates in a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community. We are a family-owned and operated company with auto dealerships in Idaho, Oregon, Montana, Washington and Alaska, selling and servicing vehicles since 1937. Our mission is to deliver an unrivaled customer experience through a highly motivated, knowledgeable, and caring team of professionals. Requirements
- Valid driver license and good driving record
- Highly motivated
- Strong enthusiasm for the BMW brand
- Affinity for technology
- Ability to communicate technical information in non-technical terms to clients
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to demonstrate the highest level of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Responsibilities
- Completing vehicle delivery after sales
- Assisting clients with Bluetooth and connection needs
- Assisting sales staff with answering client questions
- Creating information videos for social network sites
